Re3Pris

The aim of the project is to educate pupils and their families to encourage conscious consumer behaviour. A further aim of the project is to develop teaching concepts that can be easily integrated into the various European curricula for the promotion of conscious consumption (consumer education). The concepts developed are intended to raise students' awareness of the environmental damage caused by excessive consumption and to enable them to adopt conscious consumer behaviour. The activities will be piloted in the partner schools, evaluated and supplemented by training events for teachers. In the first year of the project, the focus is on reduction, in the second on reuse and in the third on recycling. The result of the three-year partnership consists of two intellectual outputs:

  • handbook on sustainable consumer education in primary schools and
  • educational game/board game: ‘3R for Future’
